This is a new idea of mine just for fun, the basic principle
once a week or so document my workday commute, work, lunch and
anything else interesting. Being in the corporate security and
network world I travel extensively throughout the Atlanta area
and many other surrounding counties. I cannot recall exactly how
many times I've exclaimed " man I wish I had the digital
today look at this!"..... So perhaps I will the next time!
Nothing much stands out on this day=
I was working at the state capitol legislative office building.
The morning commute pictures were almost scrapped due to the improper
shutter speed setting clearly visible above. Upon further inspection
however I noticed an arty sort of surreal quality in them and
kept them up for you to see. The capitol shots at dawn are pretty
nice also, keeping in mind they were all taken from a moving truck.
The state areas tend to frown on odd photographers not with official
media credentials so that is the reason for the reclusive nature
of the photography. The commute home is visible midway through
and a neat self portrait being the highlight. If you notice in
most of the forward angled shots I'm riding my favorite left lane
on I-75 in Atlanta so the pictures were taken in excess of 75mph,
this makes for interesting motion effects indeed!
story thus far ...
